This means that organisations using GMS can now benefit from the same low rates for their international "off-network" calls, regardless of where their calls originate from on The World Network® and can reach any telephone in the world. We add to the savings by billing Off-Net calls in one-second (1-second) increments, a method typically used only between global carriers.
