IP VPN Secure
Running over our private IP infrastructure, IP VPN Secure uses Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) technology and offers five classes of service (CoS) to bring a new level of scalability, security and flexibility to IP VPNs. For more than 15 years, we have designed, delivered and managed the IP infrastructures that multinational organisations use to communicate freely and easily with their customers. IP VPN Secure continues this tradition.
Using both MPLS and CoS, IP VPN Secure offers customers the benefits of IP, coupled with an awareness of applications to support mission-critical and non mission-critical applications in a secure and prioritised environment - which is a pre-requisite for the convergence of voice, video and data. Featuring five separate classes on a single IP port, and backed by aggressive service level agreements (SLAs), the service allows for classification of applications, ranging from voice to email, and provides the appropriate handling of each class of traffic generated from our customers' sending to receiving locations. Additionally, with CoS implemented through the core of the network, we are able to assure high quality and consistent levels of performance for each class.
