Reporting Network Abuse
As part of our ongoing effort to provide quality service, we actively monitor our network and users for indications of deliberate misuse and/or violations of our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP). However, if you discover an incident of misuse that may affect your service, or that of our other users supported on our network, we urge you to file a report based on the nature of the problem so that it may be investigated further.
For incidents of unsolicited business e-mail messages (often referred to as "spam"), please forward the entire e-mail message, including the header, to abuse@bt-alliance.com. Please forward the entire header, or we will not be able to act on your report.
For incidents regarding electronic viruses; virus validity (e.g. hoaxes), where viruses come from, how viruses infect your system as well as any specific instructions to mitigate the impact and elimination of the virus from identified systems, virus@bt-alliance.com has been established to provide a single point of contact for communicating all electronic virus concerns.
For incidents of network abuse (often referred to as "cracking" or "hacking"), we would appreciate it if you filled out the following online form or send an e-mail to CERT@bt-alliance.com.
If you need to speak with a support representative, you can call one of our Global Customer Assistance Centres or your local Help Desk to receive assistance.
Thank you.
